+Aim of a project is to create system that is useful for rivers' analysis.

+Author chose C++ and PostgreSQL languages for solving the problem.
+PostgreSQL choise is based on given DB language. Also it was interesting to learn about C++.

+As a result, during the work was written Web server, which responses to a form with webpage where are charts.
