Mäng on mõeldud Linuxi opsüsteemi jaoks. Linuxi terminalis:
1. kompileerimiseks: gcc -o USSIKE USSIKE.c -lncurses
2. run: ./USSIKE
Lisadega(näiteks kollase õunakese söömise korral +500 skoor) mängu mängimiseks
on vajaik sisestada terminali:
1. kompileerimiseks: gcc -o snakegame snakegame.c -lncurses
2. run: ./snakegame
